The Octagon
In November I was approached by “The Octagon Centre” in Hull.
It does valuable work with the local community.
As part of its celebrations for its 5th year of service, I was invited to put on a display of work as part of their focus on the Arts.
I exhibited the first of a series of paintings based on my recollections of Hull, the Hull I grew up in, amongst the docks and trawlers of its once proud fishing community.
My pictiures were very well received.
